This brief introductory course on kettlebell training provides an overview of The BodyBell Method, emphasizing how it supports strength, fitness, health, mobility, and flexibility with minimal equipment and space. Participants will explore the five core components of fitness that kettlebell training addresses. The course highlights key benefits such as increased strength, endurance, durability, and variety to prevent workout monotony, all within a time-efficient framework. Several core kettlebell exercises will be introduced such as The Swing, the Get-Up and the Front/Goblet Squat.

About the instructor, Philip G. Ross III, MS – aka Master Phil, The Kettlebell King

Phil Ross is a Professor, Presenter, Publisher Author, Actor, 9th Degree Black Belt, Master Kettlebell Instructor, Master Blade Wielder, Masters in Sports and Exercise Science, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Black Belt and Bodyweight Specialist.

A lifelong combat athlete and fitness pundit, he has competed on the National Level in Submission Fighting, Kickboxing, Full Contact Karate, Taekwondo, Olympic Style Wrestling and has garnered titles in bodybuilding and powerlifting.
