The New Jersey Board of Massage and Bodywork Therapy has announced a new requirement for the license renewal period ending November 30, 2022: in addition to 2 credits of ethics, licensees must also complete one credit of laws and rules pertinent to the practice of massage and bodywork therapy in New Jersey.
This 1-hour taped program is designed to meet the one-credit law requirement. You can complete this class at your convenience. It is a taped presentation that qualifies as one credit of distance learning. While NJ MTs are generally limited to 6 credits of distance learning, under emergency waiver DCA-W-2020-04, that rule is temporarily waived.
Once you order the course, your order confirmation email will include a download with instructions that includes a link to the program. The instructions sheet also includes links to an evaluation and a 10-question quiz which must be successfully completed in order to receive credit. A Certificate of Completion for 1 CEU will be emailed to you and the date of the Certificate will be the date that your evaluation and quiz are submitted.
ONCE ORDERED, THIS CLASS IS NON-REFUNDABLE.
This course is NCBTMB-approved, Approved Provider # 307800-00.
