#1 Body- chest, tummy, arms, legs. Outer glass bottom opening – 2.15″, inner diameter 1.50″
#2 Face- face, neck, decolletage. Outer glass bottom opening – 1.40″; inner diameter .80″

Material: Made with medical grade glass and rubber.
Application: Dynamic or flash cupping only. Never leave your cup in 1 place – always keep it moving and use a liberal amount of oil or other lubricant for easy glide of your cup. Do not pull on skin, anchor with your free hand. Recommended use 5 minutes per treatment area 2-3 times a week for the initial 4-6 weeks, followed by 1x weekly for maintenance.
Care: Remove rubber bulb. Wash glass cups in warm soapy water. May use mild grease fighting detergent. Do not freeze, heat, microwave or boil the cups.
