The premise of Transformational Fitness is that all fitness and dietary efforts share a common, underlying goal: to radically alter the physique. Whether through joining a gym, running a 5K, or engaging in various forms of exercise, the ultimate motivation is often to grow muscle and shed body fat. This physical reconfiguration leads to improvements in health, vitality, and wellness. This seminar focuses on proven, battle-tested methods that trigger significant physical transformations, emphasizing the dual goals of increasing lean muscle mass and dramatically reducing body fat.
To achieve this transformation, four interrelated and balanced disciplines must be integrated: strength training, cardiovascular training, nutrition, and mental recalibration. These disciplines are practiced in harmony, with each contributing to the overall goal of physical improvement. The approach incorporates advanced techniques and periodization strategies, drawing from methods used by elite athletes and military personnel. By combining these elements in a balanced way, attendees are equipped with the tools necessary for a profound and measurable physical transformation.
The Transformational Fitness course is not just about understanding fitness from a traditional gym perspective, but about gaining an integrated, evidence-based approach to recovery, rehabilitation and prevention. By understanding how strength, cardiovascular health, nutrition, and mindset can work together, physical therapists and chiropractors can offer a more well-rounded, proactive approach to patient care that accelerates recovery, prevents injury, and enhances long-term wellness.
Instructors Kenneth Y. Davis, DC, and Marty Gallagher will share with students 100 years of cumulative wisdom on how best to transform the human body, how to make it stronger, leaner, more resilient, how to detoxify and become a super-ager.
