Somatic Mindfulness is recognized as an application of Switzerland’s Trager Therapy principles to complement massage therapy and bodywork techniques. In Switzerland, Trager Therapy is an official method of Complementary Therapy.

Somatic Mindfulness workshops elevate therapeutic massage by seamlessly bridging somatics and bodywork and embodying trauma-informed knowledge. Learn strategies to prevent burnout and reduce the risk of injuries, preparing clients/patients for deep work with ease. Delve into somatic touch skills, harnessing mindful awareness for enhanced therapeutic efficacy. The method inherently supports self-care, ensuring career longevity.

Somatic Mindfulness – RESILIENCE is an 8-hour live continuing education course that explores the integration of body-centered awareness practices in both practitioner self-care and therapeutic applications. The course presents a comprehensive framework for understanding how refined somatic awareness can enhance therapeutic effectiveness while supporting practitioner resilience. Participants will learn evidence-based approaches for nervous system regulation, trauma-informed care, and the practical application of mindful awareness in clinical settings.

Through experiential learning and guided practice, practitioners will develop skills for recognizing and responding to subtle somatic cues, understanding the role of the autonomic nervous system in healing processes, and implementing precise, minimally invasive interventions that support natural regulatory mechanisms. The course emphasizes the development of practical skills that can be immediately integrated into clinical practice while supporting practitioner sustainability.
