By taking all the below topics you will satisfy your 10 credits of mandatory topics and earn an extra 3 credits to be used in trade-related/business subjects.

When you register, please list the dates you would like to attend when you purchase this package in the Notes section of your order form. All courses in this package are offered both as a live webinar and an in-person class (taught both ways at the same time). Please indicate which way you would prefer to attend each class date that you choose.

The 24 hours of continuing education must consist of the following mandatory requirements:

  1. A minimum of two (2) continuing education credits per triennial registration period in the Barrier Free Subcode, N.J.A.C. 5:23-7.
  2. A minimum of two (2) continuing education credits in the New Jersey Uniform Construction Code, N.J.A.C. 5:23, exclusive of the Barrier Free Subcode.
  3. A minimum of two (2) continuing education credits in the Americans with Disabilities Act Code, 36 C.F.R. 1191.
  4. A minimum of two (2) continuing education credits in Industrial Safety.
  5. A minimum of two (2) continuing education credits in New Jersey law and rules governing the provision of burglar alarm, fire alarm and locksmithing services.
