Instructor: Dr. Toni Lasala, PhD, LMT, CSCS- BA from William Patersn University, Master of Arts, Exercise Physiology from Montclair State University, Currently enrolled for Doctor of Philosophy at Seton Hall University. Taught Group Exercise for New Vitality and Inspire Programs at Chilton Memorial Hospital, Consultant Hoffmann -La Roche,  Adjunct Professor at William Paterson University, Dept of Exercise and Movement Sciences. Toni has worked in a variety of fortune 500 companies started fitness and wellness programs.  She is the owner of Nature’s Remedy, a prive personal fitness training company that provides health and fitness programs to corporations.
