Assemble the right team for the project

Effective project management to maintain all crew schedules

Housekeeping to include a professional appearance along with a neat, clean, and safe worksite

Communicate with all the trades to prioritize tasks, maintain schedule and successfully complete project

Managing (not micro-managing) the crew to allow all trades to pass inspections

Positive working partnerships with the general contractor and the client
